Pole Fitness Level 2
This class challenges you to elevate your skills with intricate combinations, dynamic transitions, and stunning aerial feats. Building on your existing foundation, you'll delve into complex spins, gripping inversions, and fluid sequences that showcase your strength and creativity.

Pole'Ography
In this class you will learn a grounded choreography designed to help you develop style, musicality, and movement quality dancing with the pole. You can expect feel-good movement that helps you to express yourself with more freedom, flow, and authenticity, combing pole dancing elements that travel and articulation of unique details. This class is open to all levels, but some experience with pole dance fundamentals is recommended.
