Over six weeks, you'll move at your own pace. You’ll explore foundational holds, poses, spins, and simple combos—all within a supportive group of fellow beginners.


We laugh, sweat, wobble, rise, and cheer one another on. It’s not just about pole—it’s about community, connection, and discovering what strength feels like in your own body.

What to Expect

Our Absolute Beginner Series is lovingly designed to guide you safely, gently, and steadily—week by week—into the art and movement of pole. With a focus on meeting you where you are, the series honors your unique body, pace, and rhythm.


You’ll start as part of a group, but no two journeys look the same—so neither should the movement. That’s why we offer progressions, variations, and the space to explore what works for you.


Expect to grow more confident in your body, cultivate strength and awareness, and build coordination—while embracing a body-neutral philosophy in a space that’s welcoming, warm, and just the right amount of wild.


Who is it for?
This series is especially for those new to pole. No gym, dance, or yoga background needed. You don’t need to be “fit” to start—you start as you are. It’s showing up that makes you strong.

Been away from the pole for a while? This is also the perfect re-entry point if you’re returning after a break and ready to reconnect, recharge, and fly again.


Why do it?
Pole is unlike anything else. It’s empowering, sensual, fierce, soulful—and wildly fun. It builds real strength while nurturing your spirit. It’s expressive, creative, a little gritty, and deeply healing.
