Thinking, “Could I really do this?” You’re not alone.

We get it — you’ve probably got a few questions running through your mind:

"Can I really do this?"

"Is the equipment safe?"

"Will people judge me?"

"But I have zero experience!"

Here’s the truth: You’ll surprise yourself in your very first class. We promise.

This community? It’s built on lifting each other up — both on and off the pole. Everyone here has stood exactly where you are now, feeling all those same nerves, and we’re here to cheer you on every step of the way.

Pole might feel a little scary before you begin, but once you’re in, that nervous energy turns into laughter, pride, and pure joy. You’ll wonder why you waited so long to try it.

Pole is for everyBODY who wants a workout that’s as rewarding as it is uplifting. Sure, it’s a challenge — but it’s one that’s worth every single moment.

And hey — don’t forget to grab your FREE Beginners Guide below, packed with tips and your exclusive discount code. You’re already one step closer.

ALL THE Qs and As

Got ZERO experience and upper body strength. What now?

Actually, this is the perfect place to start. Because we require ZERO, and we really do mean it, ZERO, experience. We don’t teach pole because of upper body strength but in order to build it.

We don’t teach pole because of existing experience, but to gain it!

READY? Let’s do it!

What do I wear/bring?

Any gym, dance, yoga, general exercise clothing you feel comfy in and can move freely in. Our pole classes are in socks or barefoot.  Leggings are totally cool for your first pole session.
Bring water and then you’re good to go!

Can I get changed?

Yes, our studio is equipped with a changing room and Lounge.

What happens in class and when I get to the studio?

When you arrive, your teacher will know it’s your first class and come over to say hi and have a little chat — no pressure, just a friendly welcome. We’ll start with a gentle warm-up together, setting the tone and getting your body ready.

Then, your teacher will guide you step-by-step through our beginner plan — teaching you how to do basic spins and hold yourself on the pole. Before you know it, you’ll be creating beautiful shapes and learning short combinations. Don’t worry — there’s plenty of rest between moves, and lots of encouragement along the way.

Oh, and don’t forget to bring your phone! You’ll want to capture some of the badass moves you’re about to rock. We finish with a calming cool-down together then leave you to enjoy that amazing post-class buzz as you head home. Plus, we’ll check in with you by email to let you know what comes next on your journey.

How tough of a is it?

It is totally normal to feel sore the day (or two) after your first class as the workout is actually a lot more than what it feels like while you’re doing it.  Sometimes, there may also be some bruising (aka Pole Kisses) or mildly sore hands from gripping the pole.  Again, totally normal and this stuff will be much less intense over time.

Do most people start with a friend?

The large majority of students have started solo! However, if you’d like to come to your first ever group class and benefit from having focused attention with your personal instructor/coach check out our Absolute Beginners Series
